If you’re looking to impress this Valentine's day, look no further than hiring a campervan or motorhome and visiting some of these romantic spots we’ve picked out. Whether you want beautiful scenery or peaceful walks, there’s something to suit every couple.

Palladian Bridge, Bath

Palladian Bridge

Located in the beautifully landscaped Prior Park in Bath, the Palladian Bridge was built in 1755. Take a romantic walk along the bridge whilst soaking up the peaceful lakes and sweeping vistas. Prior Park also offers fantastic views of Bath, no matter where you are. The National Trust has been in the ownership of the garden for nearly 25 years and keep it maintained immaculately to this day. The bridge is one of only four left of its kind in the world; a perfect setting to stop and take in the sights.

Clovelly, North Devon

Clovelly

Clovelly is a true gem of North Devon, offering sublime views of Bideford Bay. Clovelly has been in private ownership since the Elizabethan era, maintaining its atmosphere and history. Because of this, Clovelly offers a romantic setting for all couples with plenty of things to do in the village, keeping you occupied for hours. Take a boat trip along the dramatic coastline, over to Lundy Island or enjoy the magnificent views from a cliff top walk.

Exmoor

Night Sky

Can you think of anything more romantic than looking up at a clear night sky and gazing at the stars? Exmoor National Park is home to some of the darkest skies in the country, making it a great place for stargazing. Pull up somewhere quiet, set up outside the van and gaze at the wonders of the galaxy together. On a clear night, the night sky of Exmoor is simply stunning and many astronomical sights can be seen with the naked eye - even more can be discovered through a telescope or binoculars!

Morte Point, North Devon

Morte Point

Morte Point features some truly outstanding natural beauty; offering fantastic views across to Lundy Island, Baggy Point and Woolacombe Bay. Morte Point is a National Trust area and is home to many stunning walking routes. With romance in the air, birds tweeting and surrounding ocean views, you just can’t find anywhere else like it! Morte Point is a great place to spend time together without the crowds; enjoy coastal heathland and dramatic scenery of cliffs, rocky headland and sandy bays.

Port Isaac, Cornwall

Port Isaac

Port Isaac has a relaxed and peaceful setting and is the famous home of TV shows Poldark and Doc Martin. This picturesque fishing village has narrow, winding streets lined with whitewash cottages. Take a romantic walk to the harbour before watching the local fishermen landing their daily catch of fish, crab and lobsters. Port Isaac finds itself in amongst rugged and magnificent scenery on the Cornish coast, offering beautiful coastal walks - perfect to experience with a partner!
