Autumn/Winter at South West Camper Hire

As we approach the end of National Lockdown in England, we wanted to provide you with an update. Based on the latest Government guidance, we are pleased to share that South West Camper Hire will be open for bookings from Wednesday 2nd December. In line with Government advice, we can only accept bookings from people who live in Tier 1 or Tier 2 locations, and if you are travelling from a Tier 2 region, you must stay with your own household or support bubble only. If you live in a Tier 3 area, the Government guidance is to avoid travelling outside your area.

The Government will be reviewing Tier restrictions on Wednesday 16th December, and we will continue to adapt our booking policy in accordance with the latest Government advice. If you are unsure if it is safe to make a reservation, we recommend that you give us a call to discuss your situation and preferred booking dates. We're so pleased to finally be able to welcome guests again and your health and safety is of utmost importance to us. You can rest assured that we will be providing socially distanced handovers, antiviral deep cleaning of all vans beforehand, hand sanitiser in every vehicle as well as deploying our latest gadget... the Boston/Mahle Ozone Vehicle Sanitiser for additional peace of mind.

If you are planning your trip and wish to stay at campsites outside of Devon, we recommend checking directly before booking and ensuring you are up to date with the latest guidance in that area. As members ourselves, we recommend campsites who are part of The Camping and Caravanning Club who are offering flexible bookings in case your travel arrangements change over winter, with their latest updates and closures available on their website.

We will provide updates as and when we can but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01392 686659, or email info@swcamperhire.com and we will be happy to help.
