Things to do whilst camping without WiFi
We've already let you know where the best places to go are if you feel jittery about going off the grid completely. Get your WiFi fix here.
But just in case you need a break from emails and endless notifications for a few days, we've thought of some other ways you can spend your time:
1. Yoga at dawn or dusk - whether you're an early riser or like to stay up until the sun goes down, make the most of the peace and quiet by doing some simple meditation or yoga, surrounded by peaceful countryside. Check out some beginner's tips here.
2. Card games – no camping trip would be complete without an unnecessarily competitive card game! Simple, easy fun that can last for hours in the streaming sunshine or huddled inside to shelter from the pouring rain. These are some of our favourites.
3. Have a spontaneous photo-shoot – chances are you will have found some pretty beautiful spots driving through the South West, so why not take as many snaps as you can? Whether they are on a disposable camera, phone or Polaroid you will not regret documenting these precious holidays moments. And make sure to share them with us on Twitter and Instagram!
4. Try something new! There are plenty of indoor, outdoor and water sport activities on our doorstep in Devon. Whether you fancy a go at canoeing, kayaking or rock climbing you'll be spoilt for choice. If this isn't your thing, we've recently come across Ten Acres Vineyard, where you can have a guided tour of the vineyard and winery including a tasting.
